    Just out of curiosity can local councillers send letters in oiteachtas pre-paid envelopes.

    I presume they get them from colleagues in the Dail.

    That'd be the 'I got you your rent allowance' envelopes (or planning permission) then.

    I think they do, whether they can is moot.
