Renting a house - How to?? Where to start?

I have a three bedroomed house in the country that used to be my family home but would like to rent it. Does anyone know: (A) If i need to register a business to do this? (B) How to go about advertising it (c) Where to start!!

There's a lot of legal and taxation implications by becoming a landlord best discuss it with a professional or you could do what Lemlin posted and wait for something to go wrong.
