Looking for Myspace type site for music exchanging

Working with singer in America and looking for secure way to swap music. Something like myspace would be perfect but I want it to be private, dont want eveyone downloading songs that i put up. Would just email music back and fourth but that aint workin to well. Any suggestions

Why not just make two private myspace profiles with only each other as friends?

rent a cheap server and FTP the files. Alternatively, go oldskool and set up a hotline server on your machine
