All the talk about the price of tattoos got me thinking,if money (and getting an appointment)was no object what tattoo artist would people like to get work done by? Maybe throw in a pic of one of their tattoos incase people dont know them. Id go to Shige from Yellow Blaze in Japan he is class!! So what artist would ye pick?
