I just came across this article...halfway through I had to question whether or not it was a pisstake. It's not, it's serious, and I'm wondering what you make of it? Obviously bits of it are accurate but some of it seems RIDICULOUS.

The article makes sense but it's not put accross properly, certainly shouldn't be answering the original question of a total blowjob novice opening up with the fact that you may have to allow a man to **** your throat in order to cum.


While some men may require that... it's hardly something you tell someone who's probably nervous and just looking for some general tips. Also, there's a reason it's called foreplay and not a means to an end.


Lastly, I don't think men not being able to orgasm from oral stimulation is such a common problem. Men not being able to orgasm before the poor woman's jaw falls off from exhaustion is far more common.

I know, I think that's what I objected to...and so much of it seems to be made up of cliches! The bit about dressing sexually and being dominant put me off too, not that I'm against it but I just thought it was questionable as a blanket recommendation. Meh. I'm wary of bj advice from men unless it's a gay man. I love getting head, but I'm damn sure I couldn't give advice on how to do it well on another girl... I only know what feels good to me.

As for pornstars... they give a lot of bjs. They're probably good at them. Picked up some good technique from watcing porn myself.

Well, I was once a clueless head-giver myself, and the way I learned is through watching porn, trying stuff, adapting... worked for me anyway. I'm not necessarily talking about uber-scripted industry stuff, even watching amateur videos... it's an education, I tells ya.
