excellent customer service from homebase

i just felt i had to post this up i brought my lawnmower into homebase the other day to get a replacement part i bought it ther last august and they gave me a brand new lawnmower couldnt believe it didnt have to argue with them for one or anything the staff were so nice i just think in this day an age its a breath of fresh…

That's brilliant, fair play to them.

Though I bet you were very polite and asked for their help as apposed to dumping the lawnmower on the counter and demanding you money back!!!
