I hadn't checked adverts in ages, but decided to do a search for Pentax and see what it would return. I hadn't expected to find anything as there is always very little Pentax gear floating around but lo and behold ThOnda was selling a macro lens. Rather shockingly it had been there a day or two and no-one had bought it. I hit reply as soon as I could and snagged myself a pentax compatible macro lens for the bargain price of........... €10.

Anywhooo today was the first chance I had to check it out. Now let me say that the photos below are dreadful, they were taken very quickly and in poor light but they give me a great idea of what the camera and lens are capable of when I have a little more time.

I just wanted to say thanks ThOnda. I feel like I robbed you!

I'd imagine it's because it's Pentax and all of us real photographers use Nikon or Canon

If you are a REAL photographer you should be able to use a Pin Hole camera & get acceptable results. The most important thing to a good photographer is often found about six inches behind the brand label on the camera.

Well done in ripping off Thonda, are you sure there wasn't a 0 missing? I am guessing he will be pleased that the lens is being used to take photographs rather than collecting dust.
