Now if he had raped a Palestinian woman he would not have to worry in the least about it.

I remember watching a report on CNN were a young Jewish man raped a girl in America, jumped bail by going to Israel ( been Jewish he did not need a passport to enter Israel ) and the Israeli's refused to extradite him as it's central to their legal beliefs that a Jew cannot get a fair trial outside Israel and so they even protected a rapist. So should we be that surprised at the above ?
