Enniscorthy RFC are once again running Bud Light Tag Rugby this summer. This is the official IRFU tag Rugby programme
League kicks off on Thusday 4th June for 10 weeks
(Open nights 21st & 28th May)

We are also running a friendly Tag festival on Easter Saturday.
It will be an ideal opportunity for beginners to come and have a try!

Enniscorthy RFC are "Going back to the 80's" with an Easter Tag Festival, Celebrity Match and 80's Disco
This is a great chance for those who have never played tag to come along and try it out.
Played last year? Get your team together and come join us
We're rolling back the years as the 1989 Towns Cup winning team will play a celebrity fun tag match against the 1988 seconds winning team.
Apres tag we'll have an 80's disco to finish the evening
It all kicks off at 7.00pm

We are holding Open Nights on Thursday 21st May and Thursday 28th May
This is an open invitation for anyone to turn up and see for themselves how Tag Rugby works, how much fun the sport is and get a taster of the summer ahead at this great venue.

Entry to these events, as the title suggests, is of course free-of-charge.

The night will start at around 6.45pm where participants announce their presence to the venue Manager and if not in a team, get placed. Tag shorts will be provided on loan for the evening .

They then get the chance to give it a go in one of the continual games that are applicable to their ability.
The Bud Light Tag season in Enniscorthy RFC starts on June 4th.

No theres no problem if you miss the first week.
We'll just make sure your team mates know you will be there from the following week. Thats why we recommend squads of 10-12 people to allow for hols/missed days etc

Just a quick update to say Tag Rugby in Enniscorthy is flying
We have 24 teams playing with approx 300 men & women playing every Thursday
We have put together a series of "Après Tag" events in the clubhouse bar every Thursday during & after the games. Non Players are welcome to drop down and have look at the matches (which start @ 7pm) or for a drink afterwards

Some of the events are listed below including visits to Enniscorthy RFC from Irish Rugby's trophy haul from the year - The Heineken Cup, Triple Crown & Grand Slam Trophies! (dates below).

Steve Cummins has performed in every major venue throughout Ireland and has performed at the Edinburgh festival. He is a regular contributor to Hot Press magazine and other publications. Steve was the resident comedian for 98fm, Dublins most popular radio station each Tuesday for the last two years and now contributes as a comedian and commentator for Newstalk 106 fm. He has also contributed to Spin 103.8 fm and is a regular contributer on The Last Word on Today FM. Steve has performed comedy on the BBC and is a panelist on RTEs Big Bite and also does warm up for Channel 4 and the BBC. Steve is one of Ireland's foremost comperes and is not to be missed!

Support Act James Marsh is an up and coming comedian from Limerick and was a finalist in last years Bulmers Comedy Competion

MC for the night, Mark Swan, has been plying his wares in Germany for the past
10 years and now based in New Ross has set up the Only Joking Comedy Club.

Enniscorthy RFC Welcomes Leinster’s European Crown!
Bud Light Tag at Enniscorthy RFC are delighted to bring the spoils of Leinster’s glorious European Cup campaign to Enniscorthy.
The Trophy will be on display at the club from 6pm this Thursday 16th July . Everyone is invited to bring their cameras and have a unique photo opportunity with European Rugby’s premier silverware.
So bring the kids, family & friends along early for your chance to get your hands on the trophy.
There will be a Bar, Music, BBQ & Tag Rugby throughout the evening
EVERYONE is welcome!
