    Congratulations to Mary Cullen on a marvellous third place in the European 3000m final.After getting a kick that would have many a soccer player rolling around in agony, and nearly falling she took the race by the scruff of the neck and got a fully deserved medal.
    Made me proud to be from Sligo and proud to be Irish!

    Wel done Mary!

    Yes that was a great result. Good on her. Lets hope her form will transfer from the indoor to outdoor as well. These kinda results help to perk us all up especially now. That and the rugby so far!:)
