encryption on iPhone

    does anyone know if the iPhone offers full device encryption? i know you can get encryption on email using SSL or what ever your mail provider provides for over the air encryption. but what about the storage on the device itself?

    Apple have been kind enough to completely screw users on the downloading and storage end. Heres a third party app i use for storage. It allows wireless access to the iphone for storage from any wireless PC, laptop etc.

    As for encryption? The above free app has a password protected folder but no encryption. I suggest encrypting stuff before u upload it.
