what does that return - say if the all are placed for a one euro stake(what would the total stake be - €6???)

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,100 ✭✭✭Browney7

Katchit hasn't ran at all well but I'm a big believer in horses for courses and he won the triumph hurdle 2 years ago and the champion hurdle last year and 16/1 is too big for a former winner. I might go with Brave Inca if the rain comes though.

Denman is worth a small each way I think aswell. They wouldn't be running him if they thought he was fecked.

€2.50 E/W bet will bring in around €125...not bad value...i know these three horses aint been talked about but...they're all winning horses which have made plenty of money...proven credentials...and to be honest these horses are trained secifically for this race meeting.

denman will go close.providing he doesn't drop dead.
katchit is a tiny little horse so im hoping the ground is on the softer side.
well chief...he would'nt be there if he didnt have a chance.
worth a punt in my opinion.
    5/10 E/W

    good luck lads

Id love to see Well Chief put it up to MM.

Denman should not be in the race IMO. Stupid by Nicholls

I don't know...my firends da had a heart attack a coupla weeks back..he was rushed into hospital had emergency surgery, the lot...since he''s been out he said he never felt better, felt amazing in fact..said it was like getting rid of a 20 year flu..so i reckon on that basis i think deman is gona romp home winning by 3-5l.....hopefully!

Nicholls isn't champion trainer for nothing. He wouldn't be running him if he thought Denman wasn't up to it. He is a proven jumper and a proven stayer and I think Denman has a real chance. He has obviously been given the once over by the Top vets aswell

    He's only human.

What about Kauto at Aintree last year.

No need for him to race there after the Gold Cup:mad:!

The goal is to make €1,300 at Cheltenham by laying the favorite @ €50 per race(26 races). Usually, I don't advocate betting except to level stakes. However, for the purpose of this, I will spread any loss over the next 3 races. ie. fav. wins @ 6/1 the loss of €300 will be spread over the next 3 races €300/3 + €50 so the stake will be €150. Obviously staking €50 per race will not suit everybody but any stake can be used(€4 min).

I imagine that there will be many highs and lows (ultimately highs hopefully) such is the beauty of Cheltenham.

    Lay1 Cousin Vinny €50 @ 4.3

Got these tips today. Anyone got any opinions/comments on them.

    1:30pm - Copper Bleu 18-1

    2:05pm - Golden Silver 16-1

    3:20pm - Punjabi 25-1

    ALL EACH WAY BETS.

IN the 4pm Cross COuntry...each way on Jaspers Dream at 50-1, came second to L'Ami in its last race and has a 21lbs pull today which is massive and gives it a very good chance of at least a place.

Nice boy, following your laying project here. Say it should work out for you. Thing is it takes a lot balls because of the risk involved. I presume u are doing this on betfair, your acc must be packed. I mean to place 173 eur lay bet you must have the outlay in your bank. The odds multiplied by stake as you know.

Good luck, i'm watching out for it.
