    Mods, I don't know if this belongs in Radio or Music.

    Has anyone seen the latest BBC Top 40 album chart?

    All 40 are new entries and all are either Various Artistes or Soundtracks.

    I don't think this has ever happened before.:confused:

    nah must be a mistake. sure look at all the albums just out.

    kelly clarkson, the prodigy, u2, lily allen, bruce springsteen etc. these have hardly been usurped by:
    Mashup Euphoria...80s niteclub etc.

    I know the Irish Charts has a separate "compilations/various artists" chart....maybe the Beeb transcribed the wrong one onto their website ?

    Yeah you must be right. No way that's true.

    No way would "Original Soundtrack - Dirty Dancing" be in the top 40! :pac:
