Hi, can someone help in plain english please?
What is the procedure to claim tax relief on payments made into a prsa? The said prsa is nothing to do with employer, so not showing up as tax credits on tax certs. Is there a seperate form or do I just write to revenue with the details of the prsa?
    Thanks for any help.

Write to your local tax office and send them the PRSA1 Certificate that should have accompanied thePRSA policy document. They will then adjust your tax credits etc.

Once this is done, you can then complete a form called CGPRSI 1 (on Revenue website) and send it to Limerick to claim PRSI Relief on the contributions.
