Running - new to this!

    Ok so I started running for the 1st time since PE at school before Xmas, it was going well, had a little routine. Was running with a friend in the afternoon.
    Havent ran in about 2 months though as I was busy (and lazy!)
    Now I am working 12-9 so have to run in the morning (havent started yet!) but I am sooo not a morning person!
    My question is, should I eat something before I go running? If so what? And how long do I need to wait before running? I am determined to start again tomorrow!!
