Email notification.

Hi - I have set the default subscription mode to "No email notification". But I am still receiving email notification from the threads I subscibed to before I changed it. Can this be stopped or would I have to unsubscribe from these threads.

Indeed, you will have to unsubscribe from each one, but luckily you can unsubscribe from them all at once using the main CP list:
