thats not the whole page like.. but i have to scroll a fair way down the page before i get to the actual content of the page...

Hi

The short answer is no but it will display like this in Google Chrome browser.

The reason for this is that Chrome has a problem in displaying the code that we use for the menu bar.

We are in the process of redesigning our web site and will be using a different menu system and you shouldn't experience this problem. At the moment we have no plans to fix the bug in the existing site as it's a Chrome specific issue and less than 3% of our users use Chrome.

In the meantime, we suggest that you use an alternate browser such as Explorer, Firefox or Safari and you will be able to enjoy the site as its meant to be viewed. Please be patient!
