and is from the Glencar/Killylastin area. I suppose the could be anywhere at this stage. If anyone spots him could they please post here with the area spotted. I'll stay logged in.

Whoever told him to go home, thanks! :) He walked in the door just now like he was never away. Wouldn't say where he was!

Ah he is a real beauty. My parents have a springer as well. He might have been out "courting". You may have a few more lookalikes round the area shortly. ;) Ah bless!:D

Somebody did say they saw a dog running out of Chartbusters shortly before he arrived home. Edit: Joke explained: he must have been on boards in their cyber cafe!:P

Thanks. They are delighted, but the wife is more relieved having her guard dog back!

The shaggy dog story continues... He's nowhere to be seen today either. If he's going to be staying with his girlfriend overnight he's going to have to let us know.

Must admit I had some sympathty for you yesterday.
But when I read your dog was away today again it just made my blood boil.
I know a man who has had 13 sheep killed in the last week in the magherennan area. Obviously not your dog as he shot it but it was some other person who wasnt responsible enough to to look after a dog.
Anyone who has seen the damage dogs do will understand what i mean.
    Please look after your dog;)

I seen a dog very like that yesterday evening when i was out walking my dog, he was running accross the road(down near the crossroad at clermans) with a colie that has been causing trouble. my dog jumped my fence and went for a "roam" with the colie a few weeks back, cought them about an hour later on the road half way between the highland bakery and the bad dip. Colie is while skinny and rough looing, looks to be only a pup.

I'll keep an eye, but be careful cos there area lot of lambs about here at the min.
P.S. if you want PM meyour mobile, only have internet access i newtown.

Slightly off topic but dog related.

I was with my father driving down from Donegal to Dublin via Castelblayney bypass, seen an animal lying in between the bars separating the two lanes, thought it was a sheep at first but no, it was a dog, I burst into tears. Beautiful looking dog and all. :(

An update on the sheep deaths, now all his other sheep are aborting their lambs.
Anyone who cant look after their dog should be made come out and see the carnage they cause.

I let this go to see if it would go back on topic but obviously not. If you want to discuss the matter then please start a new thread.
