    Hi,

What the best bag of fertiliser to buy for the lawn from the farm supply store?

One high in potash I guess?
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

One high in nitrogen eg Sulphate of ammonia. But the guys in the shop should be able to advise you. Farmers use a few different types of fertiliser at different times of the year. Eg.. in the autumn you need phosphorous and a small amount of potash with very little nitrogen

But you won't go far wrong with S of Am. (Be careful not to burn the lawn)
