Alarm Monitoring with UPC Cable and Phone package

I have a land line with Eircom and my alarm has a dial out for monitoring, is it possible to have a dial out with the phone package from UPS ? Thanks in advance for help

Either the panel lid is not on correctly or a tamper loop wired in Aux Tamper terminals 18 & 19 is open.
