Good pub to watch the rugby??

    As above, i will be in waterford on saturday for the skyfest
    was wondering where would be a good pub to view the game?
    Preferably close to where the skyfest(quays i presume)

    The Three Ships. Be warned it's going to be packed, we'll be there with the rugby club.

    The traditional rugby pub in Waterford is the Three Shippes. Here's a map. It's right next to The Quay.

    It'd usually be very busy for rugby though I think. It is quite big though.

    kathy barry's is another pub that would be called a rugby pub .
    its smaller than the three shippes , slighty closer to the quay and if full would have a great atsmosphere

    Yeah I would have to say Kathy Barrys also, they three ships will be way to packed

    Anyone know if the Tower will be showing the match, I'm meeting friends in town, one is pregnant so we want somewhere to get some grub, sit down and watch the match ?

    just give them a bell man, im sure they will be able to tell ya on the phone.. save ya hopping from place to place trying to find out where does grub and is showing the rugby..

    Three shippes for me :)
