Internet accessability on night of 12th march

was it just me , my pc and the modem that were not functioning in perfect timing last evening....or did other people have additional difficulties in general usage fo the net....was on one site and was most pleased that others were having problems cause it meant it wsant the new ISP trying out new ISP....was it timing or is…

trying out new ISP....was it timing or is the service less than what it says on the tin...
