Insurance for apartments

    Hi there,

    I live in a block of duplex apartments.

    We need to get a quote for these please for structural cover , storm, fire etc. They consist of 5 blocks of four apartments.

    Can you please advise if anyone has got cover as I know this is a specalised area

    Does your maintenance fee not cover structural insurance .. all you should be looking at is contents insurance if thats the case ...

    Thank yes it does but we try and micro manage this as we want to avoid managment company using there friends to provide services eg mainatance insurance.

    So we try and get the best offers ourselves

    Ptsb insurance with allianz works out 10e pm on contents up to 20k if ya wanted to look at that. Thats for tenants tho.
