how to do a "Thanks From" to a post

I have searched, looked, clicked and highlighted but can't figure out to do a "Thanks From" to a post.

The 'Thanks' button appears after 25 posts from what I'm told.

for some reason it still wont let me do the thumbs up,

it takes me to a page saying i do not have permission.

Did you just attempt to thank my post there? There's a blank thanks appearing. There is a limit of 10 thanks in a 24 hour period, could you possibly be hitting that limit?

yes I did try to thank you but it took me to the page I have showen in my last post.
