Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Prices for Vegas Classic

    Lads,

Made a few enquiries about going to Vegas again for the darts. Working out around 880 euro including flights(Dublin- Newark - Vegas) and 6 nights in the Luxor which is where I stayed the last time and is a 10 minute walk all indoors from the Mandelay bay where the darts is on. This is a seriously good price thanks mainly to the Euro being a lot better then it was last time out and you don't have to go to Gatwick to get the Virgin flight direct to Vegas.

Last time out I think this cost me around 1250. Well worth a trip even the atmosphere is completely different to any other major. Great access to the players, they're all just walking around and you'll see them on the practice boards outside the venue.

The venue basically is a cordoned off section of a huge event room, there's about 50 practice boards outside. Matches usually start around 11am for tv over here. Only about 500 people max will fit in. I'll post up a few pics from last time, just need to resize them to fit.

Pics are the entrance to the ballroom/arena, basically there's about 4 huge arenas under the hotel each bigger then the point and rds.

The practise room is directly outside the arena, the player u see in the pic is Deta Hedman. The arena is behind the curtain in the corner behind where Deta is throwing.

Got great seats for Barney and Taylor, as well as for the final with Part winning.

What was the Atmosphere like at the Event. I have been to a few Darts events and it was always noisy and crazy.
It must have been a lot Different being there and being so quiet watching the Games.
