cancelling subscription

    Hi there,
    I am having trouble cancelling my subscription..
    I Thought i had it sorted last month, when i contacted you guys via email and i was told it was cancelled for me from your side.
    I go into paypal , and go to history, i click subscriptions and it comes up as "none",

    If you could get back to me with a solution i would appreciate it.
