    walks up and down the street, checking for litter and dog ****e on street!

    all in the name of making the city safer, although they do not work in the evening which is when the city is at it's most dirty, and unsafe

    oh yeah, they businesses in the city HAVE to pay an extra 5% on top of their rates bill...

    Not sure WHAT exactly it is they do, I think they monitor dirt on the street :-)
