If you can stomach it, hot custard and madeira cake (yknow the one you can buy, Americans call it pound cake. It's about 2euro in Tesco) will fill you up and doesn't taste too rank (well I think it's gorgeous but that's my obsession with custard).

    How are you feeling overall?

I'm not great tbh, trying to keep smiling and get college work done but it's not easy waking up in that much pain! I've asked the mother to get me some trifle just for the custard haha, great minds!

    Hi all,
Just a random question about Maynooth graduation ceremony, was speaking to someone about it today and we were debating about the posibility of getting extra tickets to the ceremony, I know there's only 2 allocated to each student, is it possible to get more or even for someone to stand at the back of aula maxima to see the ceremony??? Just curious!!:)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,810 ✭✭✭Seren_

I'd say if the place isn't too packed they would probably let some more people in with you. Unless you're bringing a rugby team with you or something :D I imagine 1 or 2 extra would be okay.

I haven't any experience of the graduating ceremony though, so I couldn't be 100%.

I know a good few people not going to their graduations, can't imagine it'd be a problem getting extra tickets.

I actually care for nothing but trifle.

Yeah they'll let ticketless people in after everyone else gets a place. Theres a seating area upstairs which should have plenty of seats just gotta be there on time incase they pack the place out.

Can they hurry up and release the result, I need to go back and study instead of continually refreshing the page for any updates.
