Theres some cohorts of mine back in Carlow that are a little short for places to find to do their 3rd year work placement in and traditionally nobody has done their experience abroad or in the states because of an apparent green card issue? A green card is for permently moving to the states and very hard to get.

I presume a J1 Visa would be thier best bet.
