Hi guys Im wondering where is the best place to get nice chicken fillets..either in butchers or in Shops. Any place that does €1 a fillets??

I think they have two in a box in the freezer area. Cost €1.30 or something to that effect. Lovely, too.

I have a recollection of someone putting up a SuperValu Deals post on the Bargain Alerts forum within the last few weeks which included chicken fillets. Might be worth a search.

Butchers in sallynoggin opposite the church do 10 for €10. They are average 140g too which is a very good price. 1.4kg for €10, about €7 per kilo while supermarkets can be well over €20 per kilo now.

The fitness forum has lots of threads with places listed as weight lifters eat loads of them.

Aldi do a bag of frozen chicken fillets, they're big and tasty and cheap.

carneys butchers on fassuagh ave in cabra do 10 for 10euro.

also, the butchers in charlestown shopping centre in north finglas had a special last week of 10 fillets for 8.99.
