Synching video across 2+ computers

    I've been trying to figure out away of synching video across multiple computers and I came across the following softwares

    the problem is they are all mac programmes. Does anyone know of comparable programmes for PC?

    And any other ways of synching video across 2+ pc's would be appreciated.

    The way I have know so far is using VLC as a streaming server on one and using others to connect as clients
