New buildings on the main street

    I have to say the new buildings (opposite the Happy Pear) look great. They are finished to a very high standard which is what Greystones deserves.

    Unfortunately many of the buildings on the main street are in a bad state of repair. Other landloards/owners please take note!


    BTW I am not connected to that project in anyway!

    I'm just glad they are nearly finished!
    The traffic was a nightmare when they blocked half the road

    Does anyone know who is going to be opening up in any of the shops in this new building? Or the name of the developer?

    Does one of them or two maybe belong to Hills?

    Seems to be an underground carpark with a kind of car lifty thing in it?
    (Apologies for my absolute bareness of technical linguo)
    Has anyone else spotted this?

    yeah I saw that in the planning application - obviously not enough space for a ramp.
