Flash video tutorials - web elements only

    I am looking for some video tutorials for Flash - I know about Lynda.com, Total Training etc but the tend to offer complete, all in lengthy courses I don't really need at the moment. I won't be working on complete Flash driven websites, I only need to brush up on practical skills for web design (small elements - headers, banners, ads, small animations) and I found hands-on videos to be the best way to learn. There are tonnes of resources for Photoshop but not for Flash - I'd appreciate any suggestions, paid content is absolutely fine as are tutorials for older Flash versions.
