Vaic T200??

I bought my fella a vaic t200 media phone, which i presumed would link to my computer using the usb that came with it. Unfortunately all it does is charge it. Can anyone tell me if its possible to link them??

where do i get that?? the phone was new in a box and all, but no software with it..
