Using an American home audio appliance in Europe that has a video input of 50hz

    As above - can I get a converter that will convert thevideo input of 50hz to 60hz for european countries etc... most items in europe are 60hz... Anyone know of a unit that is capable of converting same?????

    Not really sure what you're asking here - could you tell us what device you want to use ?

    If it's a tv, you need to check if it's compatible with the PAL standard, I expect that most TVs here are dual standard, not sure whether the same applies to TVs supplied in the US market where the NTSC standard is used. If it's a video/dvd recorder the same issue could arise.

    Manual says it consumes 120v@660w
