Is it true that if you claim back your super you can never work in oz again?

if you are working in Australia as a temporary resident you may be eligible to claim your superannuation money. You can do this if:

* you visited on an eligible temporary resident visa
* your visa has expired or been cancelled, and
* you have permanently departed Australia*

* You may still be able to return to Australia on another visa even if you claim and receive your superannuation money.

I know for our super scheme in NZ you have to provide evidence that your going to be living permanently somewhere else - apaprently a letter from your employee suffices which is pretty easy to get. Good to keep in mind though.

May probably just covers a 2nd WHV etc

as in you wouldn't be allowed back in on a 2nd one if your first one is expired and you claim your super back

My friends had a WHV claimed super, after their migrant visa came through (2 years after leaving oz) they were fine
