I read somewhere that Donna has a six month contract.

Charity is a Dingle. It is compulsory that they can get away with pretty much anything like fraud, murder, arson, aiding and abetting murderers, selling dodgy booze, cars etc etc.

It was a bit unbeliveable that Rishi, a supposedly canny businessman, didn't see Charity's true colours when he first invested in the company. She was busy very openly bullying Rodney and Edna out of their jobs. Plus she had something of a track record with wealthy husbands/lovers Chris Tate, Tom King etc.

Does Debbie know that Ross has already had a one night stand with her mother?

    I think she does

    Ross gets with
    Vicky

Donna and April do return soon

I was actually surprised that Jimmy had the sense to tell Charity to cancel the 10k debt they have after Steve left. Smart move.

Agree. I really want Charity to be caught out, at this stage.

Yes, I like Jimmy. He is also one of the funniest characters in it, in my view.
I don't think he should trust Charity, they shook hands on the deal they made, but she has shown herself to be such a trickster at this stage, I was surprised he didn't get something in writing, at least re the 10 k, from her.

Yes, I said the same thing, especially about the cancelling of the 10k debt, and considering that he knows exactly what she is like.

Agreed.....I can only presume they are making out she planned it all along because of their previous history of arguments and the whole Sean baby thing. Still ridiculous, it would be manslaughter at the most.

And since when do the police leave it up to the father of the accused to tell the victim's family that someone has been accused of their murder?!

why are the police portrayed so bad on soaps

the police look like they'll send anyone down in soaps as long as they get someone

how many times has Lisa quit her job at the sweet factory now and then asked for it back its funny at this stage

I hate how Zak always says "Hm?" before answering someone's question.
E.g: "What are you doing, Dad?"
Zak: "Hm? Oh, just making a brew".

I also think Zak and Lisa should really have kept dyeing their hair; this au natural look is really ageing them.

I'm sick of Dom already and I know he's in mourning but please, let's just end this whole storyline before I switch off.

Agree. I never liked Dom anyway, and will be glad when he leaves. I know I should feel sympathetic but I just want him to go now.

I seem to remember that they did something similar when the body at Home Farm was identified , announcing it in the pub before telling Alex's gran.

    I remember that!!

I recall thinking 'What the hell?! Alex's parents could have been sitting right there!!'

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,347 ✭✭✭LynnGrace

Yes, I seem to remember they barged into the pub with a photo, showing it to all and sundry, and Debbie said oh that's Alex.
