Surveyor needed

I just bought a house thats 12 years old and I want to get a surveyor to take a look at it for piece of mind before the final mortgage goes through. The house is in Naas. Anybody know of anyone good that could do this. Anybody any idea of the cost of this?

I can recommend the following bloke - he did one for me last year for about 400 quid, in ashbourne - very thorough and a decent bloke
