Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i need to replace the water filters for our domestic small tap in our kitchen soon.
it is normally maintained by EWT ( http://ewtechnologies.ie/ ) and they have been calling me asking if i want a service @ €200
in the spirit of saving a few bob, i thought i'd do some research to see if i can get hold of the cartridges and do it myself.
the EWT site mentions a T33 GAC cartridge, but when i searched for this, it does not look like the ones under my sink.
so i took a couple of pics with my phone:

the first container looks like a fabric filter of some sort, and the second container seems to be full of small granules.
does anyone have an idea how to go about refreshing these and where to get the parts?

I had to replace my filter cartridge and used these guys:

My cartridge wasnt as serious looking as yours but you might find something on their site! They were good to deal with too!
