Looking for a battery powered camera that I can stick on a tripod and will transmit images to an apple mac. Resolution isn't that important. Has anyone got any recommendations?

There is a wireless 2.4ghz camera available that you could probably use in conjunction with a scan convertor to view on a PC, not sure about a MAC.

Cheers, unfortunately I know very little about scan converters... This turned out to do the job relatively hassle free:

Seemingly anything that sends the stream in MJPEG format works alright with a mac.
