    Hi All.

    Hope someone can advise on the following :

    My daughter (2nd Year UL student) completed an online exam other evening on her laptop here at home,but she is saying that it didn't go into the system..

    Has it been lost or is it on the UL server....what can she do / who to speak to at UL ?

    Yeah, There was a problem with quite a few of ULs servers throughout the latter part of the week.

    Best bet is to get her to get in touch with the relevant department within the university and explain what happened. It shouldn't really be a problem.

    ^what Alan said, good advice there. Also worth contacting the particular lecturer as soon as possible and querying it. The server issues are well-known so the lecturer and department will be aware that there may have been a problem.

    Many thanks to u both....she has emailed her lecturer re the problem...I have advised her to go to the university on Monday and consult further.
