Cooling off period for online purchases is 7 days. Check consumer websites like www.consumerconnect.ie and www.consumerassociation.ie for more detail.

Thanks but they send me back things that I can't use this phone. Once if I put simcard and switch on the phone I can't bring back the phone.
It is true?
