Irish pubs or venues on a Saturday night with good trad music?

    I'm showing a girl from Italy around soon who loves trad Irish music. For a saturday night in Dublin city, do people have any suggestions on the best places to go to hear a good session?

    Cobblestone in Smithfield always has someone in the front bar but if you check the listings they often have excellent acts in the backroom...usually the best performances are Sunday afternoon/evening though.
    All the tourist places have music on a Saturday night -though not very authentic.
