    check out ross nagle at allstar ink in limerick, imo he has got a great take on polynesian tribal...or if you're in dublin the italians at art tattoo in temple bar should be able to look after you.
    allstar has a myspace page, along with a maori guy working there who is pretty knowlagable on this kind of thing..
    i'm not sure if art tattoo have a myspace or website but i've also heard good things about their (traditional) tribal work..
    also sean in zulu might be worth chatting to.
    it's a very particualar style you're after, so make sure you seek out a great artist with clean, crisp linework!!
