    I'd be interested to hear what people know about this particular development. I haven't been to see anything here myself yet. This one is for sale http://www.daft.ie/searchsale.daft?id=425668&search=1 and there are plenty more for rental. It would suit me location and size wise to rent. The sale price for the area seems low though and I'm just wondering if there's a reason for that?

    The prices are dropping considerably. So if you know of any problems here I'd love to know!

    I rented there for a while.... Nice spot, we had no major problems
