Best bet is to just take out a guitar and try to play along.
Usually it's easiest to figure out the notes of the bass-line first.
From there you can work out the chords, whether they're major/minor, etc.
If you Google the lyrics it should be easy to write the chord progressions over the relevant lyrics.
