    hi i am looking for a safe place to park the car on saturday night.
    Does any one know of any good spots?

    A few carparks will let you park overnight for €6.

    The Grand Parade, Carroll's Quay (opposite the Opera House) and the City Hall carpark.

    The South Mall in a disc parking spot shouldn't be too bad. You could leave it there all day on Sunday.

    Sorry to resurrect this thread. But, if you put your car in over night is it €6 for the night plus the hours before the place closed. i.e If I put my car in at 6pm, will i be charged the 4 hours until 10pm(close) plus the €6?

    I might ring some one.

    rate 5.00 p.m. to 11.00 a.m.
    following day - €6.00.
