Old Ordnance Survey Maps

I was wondering if anyone would know where i would be able to get my hands on (online preferably) old ordnance survey maps.

Specifically i am looking for a map that would contain the river liffey and kings rivers valley before the flooding (now blessington lakes) prior to 1940.

I managed to find a nice map on Irelands historical mapping archive but this only lets me purchase A4 sections of the map at any one time which is of no use to me.

I would appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction.
    Cheers
    wgsten

Try the Ordnance Survey, they have an online shop now and should have the historical maps.

you would probably be looking for the old 6 inch maps. Usually available in your county library. Dont think they have been digitalised yet.

I'd say this is what you need:
    http://http://www.irishhistoricmaps.ie/historic/
There's a cost to view per day and also a cost to get a printed map.
But as far as I know it's free to view it if you use your local library.

you could try looking for much older copyright expired ones from the 1830's
