    I want my bed! Also have the mad idea in my head that I want to go for a cycle after work..... My head is clearly messed up from drink! :D

    This is my 5th short week in a row, I've tomorrow off to go running. Happy days.

    Carrot cake kept for after. All the sweeter when it's part of the protein for recovery.
