Good form? Blues reduced you to kick & rush today. Where did that injury time come from :D

I haven't run at all this weekend and am sitting down to a cadbury buttons yoghurt after eating a nice spag bol. The 8 week marathon training schedule starts tomorrow.

lol, yoghurt is something I eat "because it's good for me", I'd never mix it with guilt food (buttons!)

I was refereeing today. It was tiring but great to see so many smiles at the finish line despite the rain.

I'm 3 days of the sweets/sports & fizzy drinks/and sugar on my brekky, longest I think I've ever gone, kids had brown bread and jam before going to bed, I don't know how I didn't get a spoon to that jam :p

Aw bless! My little lad is starting school tomorrow morning. Last day of Creche on Friday and he couldn't have been cooler about it

MCOS " So Alex how was your last day of Creche today?"
Alex "Good Daddy, I ate all my dinner"
MCOS "Did you give all your friends big hugs?"
Alex "Yeah I did and they hugged me too"
MCOS "Are you all excited about starting big school on Monday"
Alex "Yeah Daddy... sigh... can we play football now?"
